Seems the R119 is if you pay the once off installation fee? Could include installation but doubt it.

Yeah read their forums. Was hoping there was another way / hack to reconnect them.

So it seems one of wyze previous firmware updates have basically bricked the sensors.

Nice going Wyze!

I've got 1 of 4 still working on its original batter, lucky not on the most important door. The motion sensor and cam pan are still working fine.

Time to look for a better solution?

Zigbee bridge + Sensors, set em up on local hub and remove bridge from the internet <-- this is the way.

Waaaay to many horror stories re IoT and updates to leave them connected.

Hi all. I want to replace my analog pool timer (it died) with a SONOFF switch (already bought). I am just concerned about how to wire it? The analog timer has more wires in and out. LOL.
Any advice, even better with pics, please?

what sonoff did you get? a pow R2?

you just need to trace the wires, there should be a live coming out of the bottom of the breaker going into the timer, this is your input live. the neutral will be coming directly from the neutral bar. also connect the common earth.

then you need to find the cable going from the timer to the motor, it is your load side live, neutral and earth.

those timers generally will have one extra wire bridging two of its ports, discard it.

i doubt that you have a contactor in like the diagram, that thing at the bottom is the lights transformer.

the pump wires are likely the thin blue on the neutral bar and the brown on the timer.

Thanks for the response. I ended up opening the pump cover to see what is going in there, which made it much easier to understand the rest of it.
I went with the SONOFF basic, and it works a treat

it is usually not recommended to go with the basic as the start up current of the motor can burn it out, HOWEVER i have heard of many people using it and having no issues.
