I would like to cancel my Home Internet Shesha, which is on a month-to-month contract, but I’m not entirely sure how the process works. My understanding is that you need to give 20 days’ notice and return the router that was supplied with the deal.
The issue is that the service is prepaid for the month, so if I have to hand back the router immediately, I won’t be able to use my allocated data for the remainder of the period. Is there a way to continue using the service until the contract officially ends?
