Home Theater vs Cinema

You have the choice of watching anything you want and can get movies that don't show at cinemas. Also, you can download .MKV files with compressed Blu-Ray, load them on a PC or a media player and watch them then.

I think your purchase was a good idea, and as long as you don't fall for the upgrade bug, is worth having
 
The picture & sound quality at SK cinemas is mostly really poor.
 
I have a decent Home Theater and HD TV setup and Im quite happy to stay in and enjoy it in the comfort of my home. No smelly unwashed masses, recycled snacks, dirty toilets, rude employees, irritating fellow patrons, I can pause and go pee pee when I like, free snacks and beer a few meters away, saves my hard earned shekels and no annoying car guards to dodge after.
