Homeconnect vs Cool Ideas vs Rocketnet on Frogfoot

Does anybody have any real world experience on how Homeconnect fares on Frogfoot vs the other usual suspects?

Interested to know if the plethora of issues Cool Ideas and Rocketnet customers constantly complain about is common with Homeconnect.

Also, any idea what their turnaround time is from the time of application acceptance to actual service installation and activation?
 
I.have the 50/50 ultimate package at HC and they were fairly efficient in connection of service but the after sales service as in repsonding to emails and resolving problemw is pathetic to say the least. I suppose.i can extrapolate this across all ISP's because one the problems is sorting out the Vumatel installation bill between CI and HC. 3 parties and myself in the middle having to sort it out myself whereas all that needs to be done is for then to raise the invoice between themselves instead of sending me warning letters to have this bill settled. So in essence my HC package includes free installation whereas the one with CI did not when cancellation took place with CI is when all the problems started. Long story short this is still an ongoing saga and None of them (including Vumatel) are assisting in this regard because If they did then this would have been sorted out already. Service is key to having a long standing relationship with an ISP and they dont seem to get this yet.

What plethora of issues has rockenet had? I'm on them (albeit on vumatel in JHB) and have had no issues for some time now.

I know there's a person in CPT that is having issues.. but other than him the RN thread is relatively quiet (in comparison to CI).
