Horde or Alliance?

Well sure, minmaxing ftl. It's why there's so many damn undead Horde side, and probably more gnomes than humans Alliance side. Kinda screws the lore over. There's not supposed to be many gnomes at all, and the Forsaken especially are rather low in number being a tiny fragment of the original Scourge. Supposed to be lots of humans and orcs though - according to lore they're the mainstay of the Alliance and Horde, but good luck finding any in reality. Our guild for eg has exactly 1 Orc (hunter) in it, the rest of the accounts being tauren or undead, with a handful of bloodelves.
 
I think it comes down to personal preference, ie. what class & race you prefer & maybe taking into account the server you're on ie. Which side generally dominates on the realm etc.

I love Horde because of the Lore & Undead are my favs along with BElfs. I started of as Alliance though & enjoyed it, still have a NE & Gnome, just prefer being Horde since I have more friends who are Horde too. :)
 
Have on both sides. And I like both sides. And tbh ....same childish spam and unskilled players exists on both sides.

Never really like the hole elist* (if you can call it that) thing on horde or people that play horde always riping off Alliance. So if your char is scary your cool? What ever it is. I don't get it anyway :P

Meh both sides are fun. And its about the people you play with anyways.

And Gnomes are fun. Always gives me a good lol to see those gnomes on over sized mounts and with over sized weapons xD
 
Ye, Horde players seem to want to compensate for certain defects by talking down to the Alliance faction. And that wasn't another gnome reference >.<

Thats exactly why I don't like Alliance. Little girls that start whining cos you insulted their gnome. Grow a pair and play a real toon that doesn't look like and oversized Smurf.

So no, we are not ripping off the Alliance because we have "scary" toons. We're ripping off the person sitting behind the keyboard that needs to realise whining about it (or AFK'ing in AV like the children they are) isn't going to solve your problems.
 
I have a sneaking suspicion that
-Horde players actually like the game
-Alliance players do it because it's the current 'in thing' for 'cool kids' to do.

I've got 70's on both sides and I've found Horde is more fun to play.
Unfortunately this might be skewed slightly as my Alliance 70 is on a PvE server and my Horde chars are on a PvP server.

That being said, Alliance cities are a bit nicer to navigate then Horde ones.
