I have recently blown my top when i discovered that my download speed on MTN EDGE is 3kbps, so I went to MTN's coverage map to see if we are covered in Eloffsdal, Pretoria for 3G and it turns out that our coverage is supposed to be the best it can possibly be.So i used the mtn coverage complaint page on the website and spoke my mind. Two days later they replied and said that we are supposed to be well covered and asked if i used the internet in the house (?). So I replied and said yes and since then they never got back to me (it's been 3 weeks).
Is there anybody that cam help me?
