Horse molester released from jail

The thing that confuses me about this is, how could this guy actually be hurting the horse. I mean, unless it was a shetland pony and he was considerably well hung. But I doubt even the largest human package could even touch sides on a horse.
Then there is the fact that female horses will kick if a male comes to mount em and they dont want it. So did this guy tie the horse down or something? Coz I would think that he would have had his block kicked off if he simply opened the barn door and went, come over here Nelly.

If the horse was not tied down or whatever and he simply stood on a ladder and went at it, surely the horse was a willing participant in the activities. Did anybody stop to ask the horse whether it was offended by his advances? Did anybody consider the emotional withdrawal that the horse is currently going through, not being allowed to spend time with this guy. I say shame, consider the horse.
