Guys any feedback on this software/license - anyone using it ? any feedback ?

A few reasons, don't like the interface much and the annual subs for the plugins. So you pay for it forever which is not great , hostbill has name, enom and zacr.

And so does WHMCS

If you don't like the interface you can get a pretty modern theme for under $50, but paying $6000 once off for HostBill is quite expensive don't you think?

With WHMCS you pay $15 per month and once you get bigger / start to earn more revenue you can purchase all of those extra add-ons.

WHMCS has a lot of free add-ons as well such as enom module. Some ISP's make their own modules for free.

hey

appreciate the response and hear you - however for a dev company owning the whole bang shoot and doing dev on the platform has legs and a future - hear what you say will investigate that again thanx

Here's a list of quite a few billing solutions - @kjbanks what do you want the billing software to do? I noticed that you asked about Google Cloud so I'm assuming you are re-selling cloud/hosting solutions?

generally for client management for domains and service sales etc, Cloud for Google is for a client we have provisioned over 75% of our platform in the hetzner cloud however have some clients that must have SA presence hence the other question :)

Just grates me to pay annually for add ons when you can get a solution like hostbill that offers zacr / name and enom all included so you free to focus on set up and deployment without paying every month and again every year for the add ons.

I see you use whmcs - have you sorted ZACR and name.com ?

For domain registration? There are a lot of free (if not all) modules that you upload to your WHMCS Example: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/602-za-domains-coza-whmcs-module-zacr-epp

hmmmm ok seems i need to go this way - plse tell me i dont need to set up all 500 domains manually ?

nope they are all in ZACR - domains only - hosting in various vps

If they are all in ZACR and you are using the ZACR module there would be no reason to mass transfer the domains since they are already with ZACR

You will need to create each account individually and then assign the domains to each account/user.

Hope this answers your question.
