Hosting for NGO with large storage requirements

Hello,

Currently working with an NGO based in SA. About 40% of the website traffic comes from SA too (few hundred users a month). They are hosted with DigitalOcean in Germany and using about 50GB of storage (downloadable resources). It's done through a third-party company that charges about R2000 a month. They are looking to reduce their costs., so I'm considering something like a domains.co.za VPS package or even WordPress package that is 1/4 of the price.

Any thoughts on this? Are there discounts available for NGOs that would be useful?

If they qualify, I am guessing they may have bill directly as the NGO themselves though. Not sure.
