Hosting recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good hosting company. I've currently got my own server hosted with iweb in canada but would like to host it locally. it's setup as a web server.

Been using eStart for years now - never had a moment's hassles, and the rates are great

They look good but unfortunately don't support colocation.
