Hotmail is down

Tried to log on to Hotmail this morning but the site is not loading. Tried on my cellphone m.msn.com it didn'y load and then tried m.live.com manged to log in but cannot access the Inbox. I really hope it's not hackers, I don't want to change all my password.

my daughters account was hacked a few weeks ago and it was a mission to sort it out but she eventually did.
