It's required. That, and any TV aerials too.

Sauce: Had an electrician round doing my generator yesterday. Was chatting to him in general about compliance, what's needed to get qualified etc. Asked him what common issues there were, and dish/aerial were the first things he mentioned. That and unbonded geysers.
