How can a business be run like this? [solved]

I feel your pain, switching to Cell C has probably been the worst decision I have ever made.

Their staff seem to do things if and when they want to.

I hope the Cell C rep can change my perspective because nobody else has come close to even bothering to help me.

Oh and I forgot to mention. The funniest part is that they are telling me that they can't give me the phone before the sim card gets activated, yet my father got his phone before his sim was activated lol. Double standards?

Quite strange seeing as you always get the phone and then call in to get the sim activated.

Haha I know, right?

Just called them again. The lady who handles my stuff left and never called me to let me know if the sim was activated (like she said she would). They asked for my number and said that they will call me back "now now" to tell me if the sim is activated (mmmm do you think that's going to happen?).

Let's get some bets going, what do you guys think is the earliest date that I will receive my phone?
 
Just got my phone. Thank you David (Cell C Rep) for sorting it out for me. Even though it took so long, having the S4 in my hands makes it all worth it. :)

Have a minor issue, when I got the phone, I only had around 60 minutes, 58sms and +-600meg data. Looks like the sim had to be used before I got it, since I was supposed to get 100 minutes, 100 sms and 1gig data... Could you check up on this for me please? :) I got the phone at 17:30, so the usage before that wouldn't have been me. PM me if you need the number.
