How can a start-up ISP survive?

they can't survive with telscum around.maybe if they have lots of money offer very low prices,loose money for two years.,then maybe,just maybe with lotsa subscibers?
 
Become a reseller and guarentee good support? Support is always good for the customers,saves them from dealing with Telkom most of the time... :)
