How can I do this with a BB Z10

Lets say I use MTN as a primary sim and they pushed OS V10.2.1.2977, but that isnt the latest software.

How can I get the latest software?


I tried to use an old CellC SIM but it seems it has expired.

10.2.1.2977 is the latest software for BlackBerry10 devices .
 
You can always upgrade to a real phone and not have the BB problem ;)

Oh no! Thank heavens I never had to put up with a brand that was the source of incredible frustration for all my friends and family who had to endure the punishment of owning a BB. Hence my question

Having BB and Windows phone as 3rd and 4th operating systems is healthy. Let's not jump on the bandwagon and insist everyone embrace only android or ios. That's not good for research and development nor is it good for consumers.

BB deserve a lot of respect for the innovations they were responsible for. Terrible that they will cease to exist at the expense of some washing machine company and their hive mind becoming the largest "tech" company in the world.

Maybe BB should have started off with washing machines.

So I guess the comments from my friends, family and colleagues doesn't carry any weight. By your reasoning one should not trust any reviews on the internet either because "you must own it first". That doesn't make any sense at all.

Generally decent design and performance for the hardware (going to exceptional, in some cases, like the Z30's speakers), combined with a really good operating system. In my opinion, some of the things that make them special:
The Hub - a central place for all messages and notifications.
Invocation framework, for easy sharing between apps.
Cloud and computer integration into the file system.
Superb multitasking.
Gesture-based OS.
Amazing keyboard, including flick-typing, and automatic language switching.
