How can I get a Telkom Technition ASAP

I my phone and ADSL have been dead since yesterday (Mid day)
I reported it last night and still no responde from telkom.
Im in Scottburgh area. Our neighbours was also dead yesterday but is working now. Im just badluck.

IM CRAVING TO HAVE MY CONNECTION BACK. GPRS speeds is no joke.

be prepared to wait for a while the last time they took over a week to fix mine and in the past I waited for months

Today, A telkom dude came to my house, and it seems the problem is not in my line.
He skims that there is something wrong with the lines near the Exchange.

I sure hope I can get my phone working ASAP

what i do is get in my car and find a telkom van parked under a tree - i then offer a reward for some immediate attention to my adsl problem - works every time
