How did you do it RPM

I noticed upon entering the forum today, a banner, advertising prepaid packages for Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, CellC.
You could imagine the fright I recieved, seeing Telkom Logos Sponsoring MyAdsl. My how the times have changed!

Hi Dorris

This month’s advertising might be somewhat controversial… I am quoted in one of the advertisements (I am hosting with the company, but they are paid advertisers and I have nothing to gain from their advertising), the Telkom package ad is running and I am running one of my own banners as well (I have paid for the space). All comments about this advertising are welcome as usual and your opinions will govern advertising on the site… If you feel a certain banner is inappropriate etc. I will simply refund the company and remove it.

RPM, I do not find it one bit offensive or controversial, Its absolutely brilliant...
Telkom is indirectly sponsoring the costs of MyAdsl.co.za.

This is one of the jokes we had when RPM was first considering placing ads on the site. Lo and behold, it came to pass, Telkom indirectly contributes financially to the running of myadsl. Ain't life ironic?
