How do I block someone from my emails etc

Thanks everyone for your advice, comments and even humour. I must admit to being more than a little freaked out about the idea of him being able to get to me via email and internet and me not being able to do anything about it
 
About the Javascript injections: either he claims to use Javascript injections to compromise Facebook or he uses it to steal your passwords before they reach Facebook.

I'm no hacker or security expert but I suggest you check your proxy settings and hosts file. He could have set up a proxy/phishing site he uses to log your passwords.
Also, check your pc for a keylogger. If he wrote it himself, it probably won't show up on a virus scan so look through your processes, start up folder and registry for something foreign then try find out what it is- you probably shouldn't delete anything 'til you're 100% sure.

In my opinion he probably googled 'Hacking' and the first thing that came up was JAVASCRIPT INJECTIONS so he threatened you with that. Hackers usually aren't that blatant, they speak with actions (though I'm no behavioral psychologist either:p)
