How do I cancel Rain subscription??

I'm up to the neck with Rain, nothing is ever resolved only pushed under the rug and ignored. Agents hang up in your ear, when you take your time to call, the support service is utterly nonesense and the turn around time is completely bogus. Don't get me started with the network quality during the week, it's completely ridiculous, I'm paying for their home 5G service, costs me roughly R700 a Month and the proposed speeds are around 30Mbps on paper, in reality however especially during the day, speeds are usually at 13Mbps, Voip calls are a nightmare and YouTube videos buffer. I've exhausted all means thinking maybe something will change maybe just maybe the support service would shine some light my way and I can finally get what I'm paying for but clearly it's a scam. You wasting your money with these guys, how do I cancel this nonesense service because they deactivated the option on their support website, we can't manage our routers anymore, only our accounts, it's pay pay pay, no support, no reception. Oh and I can't forget the responses they give when you complain about their network quality, LOL I was told they have too many devices in my area using the towers and as a result the towers are congested, so in other words there's nothing they can do, you just have to suffer but at the end of the month you must pay. Please help me cancel this nonesense I'm better of going back to a dsl 40Mbps/10Mbps line since well Fibre is not an option yet in my area.

Please help me here. I've been using Rain for about two months now, in the the past two days I've struggling to access internet and they say my device is offline. What can cause that ??..because I did pay last month
