How do I deliver video content?

A friend of mine is looking to create some original video content for mobile phones and she has asked my help with distribution.

How can I deliver this to people though?

I suspect people would SMS a number in order to initiate delivery. But from there onwards I have no idea how it would work.

Use MMS? (There's a 300 kb limit if I try to send directly from my phone)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Have a look at Real-One's Helix Servers for streaming content to mobile devices or NowSMS to deliver video clips via MMS. I've used both and they're both production grade systems.
