The supplied control panel stats are useless. I have the 10 gig package and ran out of bandwidth when the control panel stats said that I had used 7 gigs. When I phoned to complain I was told I could not trust the control panel stats. What now?

Can't you dial *188#, it should send you sms's with your usage.
apparently any measurement at the pc level will be inaccurate. Some of the other ISPs send you a daily usage report which also covers your month to date usage.8ta does not do this. The 8ta control panel and networx measures traffic at the same point.
