How do I fix the licensing protocol issue when trying to remote desktop?

There is a lot of talk about this issue on the internet, but none of them work.

I can connect to our Client's other servers, but there's only one that gives me this error.

I have no idea what to do anymore.

Setup:
My PC Windows XP Sp 2
We use Cisco AnyConnect VPN to log in, and then Remote Desktop to the other server.
I think the other one is Windows Server 2000. Not sure.
