Failing To Log into Windows Server From Another PC

Good day

We just bought a self-managed Afrihost Windows cloud server.

We have one set of logins so far.

We successfully logged into the server on one PC using Remote Desktop Connection and now we can't login into the same server from another PC. We have tried to log in on two PCs and we failed. On the first PC, we managed to log in. How do we fix this? Attached is the error.
