How do i get my capitec limit increased above R5000?

Seems to be limit of 5k on the card ,drop down on the system ,so they can't type in an higher amount.

Can i take out another card to my account and then I should be able to get 10k?

I once increased my limit to 12k. I had to go into a branch to do it though. I then then had to withdraw 3k 4 times as 3k was the maximum withdrawal amount.

Says the limit is more than the maximum for this card type ,will have to go to the branch then
