How do I track a repair with Cell C

My LG G4 bombed out and was booked in for repairs. Other than a few SMSs a week ago I have no idea what is going on with my phone and when I phone the store with my CLC number they say I must phone back in 15mins because they can't phone out and when I do I get told the phone isn't there yet and I must wait for RAM to bring it back from the repair centre. WTF?

Is there a direct contact number for the the repair centre?

Thank you for posting to us.

You can PM the job number, your number + email address.

Alternatively, you can always send us an email to [email protected]

There is no direct line to Repairs. You would need to call our Call Centre to be transferred.

me too, i have pmed as well. Tried to phone, waiting for 14 minutes and then call drops. Must i PM again?

Hi there

We sent through a request to Repairs for an update, this was on Friday afternoon.

Our Repairs team is not available on weekend.

We will provide you with an update before then end of business.

Thanks again, they contacted me and as luck would have it it's been repaired and is with the courier on the way back to the store where it was booked in.

I see you are extremely helpful on this thread. I would greatly appreciate the same assistance.

My LG G4 is in for the bootloop repair, that all LG's are warrented according to this press realease:

Im struggling to get this into the heads of the call center who keep trying to charge me for random issues on the phone, they dont seem to understand the issue and it has been roughly 2 months now - could you please assist me?
