What makes u lot thnk u r more intelligent than the 'stupid' voters u feel shudn't vote?

The fact that we choose our party based on logic and not emotion, most of them vote for the ANC because of the whole - apartheid action.
the fact that we can see past propaganda - they clearly fail to do so
We work for a living, they expect the government to provide for them, pathetic I know but heh, who are we to judge?

Im sure the poor have a reason other than apartheid 4 voting the way they do. Besides there r employd ppl who vote 4 ff+, id, cp, etc. R these stupid 4 voting on emotion? U r all makin assumptns like the poor do about u.

ok, great stuff, lets see now, the water infrastructure cannot go any further because the municipality is not getting any water, most of us saw what happened to the extreme cases on Carte Blance. If it keeps up no one will have water any more,

RDP houses- the scheme if I am not mistaken has fallen in the hands of a few corrupt managers ( what a surprise) to date this is a under achiever,

Now tell me, did the ANC tell them about this? did the ANC inform them that it might not be "best " if they do not pay, I guess not, is it almost as If the ANC is lieing to them? but refuse to admit it? hence they are voting on emotion or they are delusional.

Job creation, as it stands, is almost entirely in the hands of the ANC. They have provided no jobs for many people, yet they continue to vote of the ANC. Do you not understand the inherent flaws in this idea, it is totally illogical and does not benefit the poor and unemployed in any manner whatsoever.

No, not an IQ test! Think how much time that would take! Especially as you'd have to teach so many people how to read and write first! And you'd have to take the IQ test every time you vote too, because who knows - you might have suffered a massive head injury in between elections!

Why not just measure the size of people's heads at the polling station? People with small or damaged heads don't get to vote - much simpler.

Get your point but perhaps a brain scanning machine at the polling station would be even better. Functioning brain shows on scan = you can vote. Only two brain cells firing = you don't vote. Nice and simple.The voters role will be shortened to about 2% of what it is now and some sort of sane outcome might ensue.
