How do we punish the instigators?

Bloodthirsty lot on myBB. You'd all be very happy in communist countries like China or Russia where detractors and dissenters are murdered by the government and dictators rule with an iron fist. Sure, in this situation there is a case for treason but once it's made precedent to kill for treason, it's a slippery slope to a government deciding what is and isn't treasonous.

Yeah, I see there is 'Other' option but not 'Let law follow its own course' option. /shrugs
 
Instigators are party to the common cause. Whatever the crime, it should be dealt the same.

I don't see anyone suggesting the punishment be doled out without a trial?

Is this before or after the affected get a chance to flog the shyte out of these cretins?
 
Create homelands (or grant complete sovereignty) where they can practice their own culture, language, customs, ethics, values and norms to heart's content.
 
Forced manual labour, let them rebuild the roads, malls, infrastructure in shackles for the rest of their sorry lives while we throw them with vrot eiers everyday so they can smell their own rotten soul.

That would be an option if they were charged for all 200 deaths as murder and each 30 year sentence ran consecutively with zero opportunity for parole.

They should never ever see the light of freedom ever again.
 
I don’t get the whole instigator.. why not just call it treason and go from there?
