I cycle to work and back each day, and on Sunday morning I do a longer ride and try to do at least 50km. Last year I cycled a total of about 5000km, I hope to do at least 6000km this year. Currently I am on 2335km for the year so far with 105 rides and 120 hours of cycling. I am 60 years old.
