After letting go during covid a bit I decided to take health seriously this year and im on a roll!

Got a great plan from a trainer - minimal changes to my diet as that was healthy and just being consistent as much as possible. Never been fitter, stronger, healthier in my life.

Pretty much do cross training with pilates one day a a week.


Check in on the work out group helps keep me motivated etc

I think about it... keeps me fit and healthy
Science says so

I ride mtb at least twice a week. Problem is I usually undo any gains by smashing a couple beers after.
