I gym around 3-4 times a week a mix of cardio and weights, I try to do more but it never seems to erm.. work out. On top of that I walk the dog most days and bicycle everywhere I can. I'm not unfit I guess, but I could always stand to lose say 10kgs that stubbornly refuses to budge

Get some free weights for home use. Is a winner.

Home gym, running, cycling... mon-fri.

Running (2-3 times a week - a religious type devotion to Park Run on Saturday morning helps) + indoor cycling (spinning) at the gym.

I do Parkrun weekly and do power walking at least 3 times a week.

I'm so busy trying to keep my business alive in this broken economy that I don't have time to exercise. I rely on my elevated heart rate and sweat generating fear when I negotiate the crime ridden streets on my way home, to burn calories. Seems to be working, and it saves money on a gym membership.

Surfski x 4 per week. Kettlebells x2 per week. Running x1 per week. Daily dog walks.

I used to go to gym, but after the lockdowns I realised I can accomplish the same at home with a few kettlebells for a lot less ZARs.

Exercise, what's that. Does gardening, housework, repainting and renovating our house count??
Otherwise walking.

Gym is easier. Took to running since covid. Everday was like i was a newbie to it so had to stop it.
