Oh wowsers.. that's really very very well done.. near to extinction.. :/It's not that it's wrong, per se, the outside just looks like the meat was microwaved and not burned over searing hot coals. And the inside looks like there can still be some juice locked in there. But that's just me....

Bit too much for me, just made some fillet for myself which was between medium and medium rare. Basically what I normally order as just medium. Haven't tried steak or T-Bone in a long while...Medium rare for steaks. First time I've heard of "English"![]()
