How do you track your business KMs?

I'm using a book at the moment but it seems very inefficient.

Is there no automated way by using a GPS or something to do it?

I use the fleet card system (CTrack) to track the vehicles petrol usage and petrol stations. It also shows KM's travelled.

If I need to make graphs etc. I use excel

I use Intertrack. Basically a tracking system without the response.
