How Google, Apple keep their employees happy

I guess Apple-ees are already happier now that Steve Jobs isnt there to crap on them so much.
But that Google-plex looks like a real happy place to work! still at the end of the day, you still have to perform and do the job or you out.
 
The director of the company where I work gave his office staff a kg of beans as a bonus, 2 years ago.
 
Goes to show how unfair life can be sometimes.
 
Makes one feel like quiting from their employer :cry:
