Do you or don't you wipe your trolley handle?

NB: trolly handle is not a euphemism...

Recommended. I have seen the hands of some people - you do NOT want to hold a trolley after thay have held it.

Well ... if you care about wiping trolley handles then you should also care about handling money, door handles, light switches, the surface of your own office desk and your own car steering wheel.

Have I mentioned shopping mall escalator hand rails???

This. I don't wipe because I expect everything my hands touch to be dirty anyway. I will wash my hands before I eat something again. I would say cash is the filthiest of all.

A tad pointless. Unless you proceed to wipe each and every other public item you touch.

This. I've seen notes and coins come out of shoes, bras, panties and God knows where else before. Currency is absolutely filthy.

Then you get those people who can't wait 5 minutes to get out the store before eating their chips so they start eating in-store with their paws covered in the grime of 1000 people.

This

I religiously disinfect my hands when I get back home though. Creates a bit of a distinction between the world out there & my space...even if just imagined.

Rather just sanitise your hands continually. I use ample wetwipes to clean trolley handles and my hands before and after leaving any shop.

I always carry a little bottle of this around... in the car or in my patrol bag.
