How important is it to wipe?

This. I don't wipe because I expect everything my hands touch to be dirty anyway. I will wash my hands before I eat something again. I would say cash is the filthiest of all.

I use contactless card pay :).
When I enter office, I go wash my hand before shaking people hands.
Trolley I wipe.
When I enter home, I wash my hands.
I avoid spreading germs, by disinfecting hand it will reduce the spread of deadly viruses(Zombie virus :D).

I use disposable gloves when I do shopping. I look like a complete Michael Jackson.

Don't wipe. The tiny amount of pathogens you get from your trolley will do your immune system good.

Well ... if you care about wiping trolley handles then you should also care about handling money, door handles, light switches, the surface of your own office desk and your own car steering wheel.

Have I mentioned shopping mall escalator hand rails???

I do care about touching money and escalator hand rails... Not just in shopping malls. Hygiene is what it is. I'm pretty much okay with my own handles, light switches and desk. Only I use them. I keep them clean. It's my germs lol.

Truth be told I had a little blind spot with the trolly/basket handles for reasons unknown. Good tip from the OP.

Seeing the amount of masturbation I do in a month, a good wet wipe cums with the territory. Stroke rash is no joke, neither is a little rug burn. you gotta wipe your pipe.

Thats exactly why I wipe. Shudders just thinking you handled the trolley before me wth your Fapping in public toilets and all that.

Do you or don't you wipe your trolly handle?

NB: trolly handle is not a euphemism...

When the supermarket has bothered to replenish the "sanitizing wipes" bucket I wipe down the trolley or basket handle.

The problem isn't limited to people spreading germs because they hardly ever wash their hands, it's also that supermarkets don't seem to properly (if at all) wash the trolleys and baskets: any damp or leaky packaging that transfers "stuff" onto the trolley or basket is going to be a breeding ground for bacteria and it's only worse when it's blood from meat packaging.

There is also the issue of infant diapers leaking or transferring onto the trolley.

As Friday threads go, this one is a fine example. I especially enjoyed classic bait and switch in the OP. You get hooked thinking you are going to discuss the finer details of @ss wiping just to be confronted with the sad reality that this is a thread about wiping trolley handles at the spar.

I wipe the "trolley" handle. What the feck is a "trolly"???

I would wear latex gloves when pushing trolleys if i had my way. but i think it might look weird in public.
Just the thought of other people's hands being on there that don't wash after the toilet is enough to put me off food for days

Agreed .. I think I am the only customer taking advantage of the sanitizing wipes in our local Checkers. I always wipe the trolley handle thoroughly before I start shopping.
