I got it with a 2 year mechanical warranty, and I'm also reasonably handy. Have contacts for most parts at reasonable prices too. Also, VERY low mileage - 86000.
This is the one that's costing the bucks


254000km on the clock, I picked it up for less than half of book value. It's had a couple of issues, but most of them are now resolved, mainly via DIY. MB quoted me R28k to fix a few of them, all but an oil leak are now fixed for a total of R5.5k. Got the family and I to Ballito in comfort and space, for 10.3l/100km

Hah, I can imagine. 320, that'll be the diesel, right? Original motor? I'm guessing if it's worked for 254k it'll do a couple more.

Only way it could ever be a car's fault would be a major mechanical failure. It's almost always driver failure
