How long does Axxess take to activate accounts?

Bought 2GB of 626 to try it out on Thursday, paid via internet banking and the order is still pending. How long does it take them to normally activate an account?
 
usually 5 minutes!

Phone 0861 300 900 .. emails usually take forever. but that helpline is quite brilliant
 
Usually i find they are really quick (well i have only done prepaid through them) but i find if after an hour my gigs aren't uploaded phone their helpline.

AFAIU (as far as i understand) they usually only have one person manning the system after hours. so its difficult to get to emails too lol
 
yeah....give them a call.i registered last week and did everything via email.it took under 24 hours to activate and confirm payment etc. i was very impressed...i work in a call centre so i avoid calling and frustrating the poor guy on the other end.i always rather do emailing.

Im definetely sticking to Axxess - the control panel and user friendly interface has me sold.
 
About ten minutes. Give their help line a call.
 
I suppose it depends on the method of payment you are using. I've always used credit card, and Axxess normally take in the region of say... 3 seconds. Never really timed it with a stop-watch or anything though. :)
 
The money can take a few days to get through when paying from one bank to another. I know FNB to FNB transfers are almost instant, but from say now Standard to FNB it could take a couple days. Not entirely sure otherwise, phone them and ask them if they have your payment.

Std to FNB, EFT one day, because my salary was paid from STD to my FNB every month.
 
Looks like things go a lot faster on the weekdays. Got activated Monday morning
