How long does evetech take to deliver stuff?

So I ordered an Antex NX600 case 3 days ago. They received my payment but there is no status update since which is making me worried. I usually order from titan-ice because they've always been more reliable but the case was R100 cheaper at evetech so I thought I would give them a try. But now I have an odd feeling that I made a big mistake and looking at all the bad comments about evetech I don't think my order will come through anytime soon nor will they respond to my emails.

I know each person has their own history with Evetech. But personally I've never had issues. If I use to order on a Monday afternoon, my goods would be delivered by Friday. You can always try and phone them directly and force their hand so to speak.

I ordered at the start of May, it arrived on the 18th of May so about 3 weeks almost??

I ordered last Saturday evening, delivered on Wednesday- to Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.
