How long should this take?

So I ordered some fibre through WebAfrica to be installed by Vumatel.

I received a mail sunday night from WebAfrica saying Vumatel would contact me soon to figure out the fibre installation bit... I've yet to hear anything from them.

Should I be calling them?


PS. Anyone been in this situation? I'm in Paulshof. Any idea on how long until I have my internet?

You need to speak to webafrica they should advise you.
