How long to activate sim?

Their website claims under 2 hours but it's been 3 and a half hours and still nothing. No response to emails or facebook messages either
 
Mine was activated immediately after the RICA went through.... got the activation SMS before even opening the couriered parcel.
 
Is there any signal on your device? Have you made a new apn: rain
