Maybe he means they are a good long term bet but not so much if you're looking at short term buy/sell of trading. Which I think is wrong because they do have bursts where they go up 5-10% over a day so even traders can make money.

It's one of a few stocks that are expected to provide a nice kick back when it returns to its proper value. A lot of analysts say it under value presently.
