How many employees Telkom now has

Telkom has posted its group annual results for the year ended 31 March 2017, which show how many employees the company now has.

Group employee numbers dropped 7.3% to 18,847 over the past year, down from 20,341 in 2016.

And Service Levels have also plummeted.
