How MSG Got A Bad Rap: Flawed Science And Xenophobia

Possibly msg doesn't affect everyone and only a smaller group of people. I used to have bad migraines for years which were put down as an allergy to certain chocolate snacks and a few cheese varieties. After reading about it and avoiding the foods with ingredient labelled MSG, instantly the migraines were gone.

Yes, but there is a myriad of other much more worrisome *** that you believe...so it's hardly surprising that you would believe MSG caused this.

There are genuine cases of actual Gluten intolerance (coeliac's disease). Everyone else is just following the latest fad *cough* LCHF *cough*

That's more like a gluten allergy though.

Intolerance is often a bit bull****ty, as it's completely subjective.

When I first got diagnosed with Crohn's I was put on a gluten and lactose free diet...it's no way to live.

Few months later started testing real food again and I honestly can't say gluten was the source of all evil. If anything the thing that made it work was that by cutting it out I was using it way under moderate levels.

So now I simply eat more moderately. If you eat half a bread you should expect to feel ***, not because of gluten, but because you ate half a bread.

Milk in pure form does **** me up though. So I just have black coffee now. Still do cheese and Yoghurt etc but I'm more selective about it.

You got swindled. That cocaine looks really old and grainy.

Thing is MSG is often thrown in with other things that are not good for you, sometimes to cover up their non-goodness.

Yup, scoffed at the msg thing for years.

One of my favourite additives for food is spice bucket and that stuff is pretty much pure msg.

MSG is soooooo 2 weeks ago. The new ZOMG EVUL thing that's actually not bad for you is gluten.
