But 100% of the nett from my second income stream (the gross of which is currently similar to monthly salary) is reinvested.

A lot less than I did before I bought a house.

Apart from my RA, I still max out my TFSA, then remaining funds go into my access bond. I have another small Sanlam investment plan that I put into every month but it's a small amount.

Saving 4% at the moment. It is not close to the ideal 15% but times are tough.

Better than nothing.

*Edit: Including my RA contribution will bump up to saving 24% of my salary. I never include my RA though, in my mind it is like it doesn't even exist.

I save into the stomach of my bank, where it gets excreted from.

You do not save anything if you are paying interest on credit. Rather use all available funds to pay off credit, this is huge long term savings.
