My ISP used to be BT in London and they capped my speed to 400kb/s between 6pm and 11pm because they said I was downloading too much.
I have since moved to a more reasonable ISP.

Sick if you ask me, good lord no wonder they want to stop.
geez take a decent and rape the crap out of it, no wonder we get such poor service because look what happens with a decent service, i mean fine 150gb is all good but nearly 1tb is just plain abuse.

***Uncapped = Balls to the wall, 24hours, 7days a week, till you burn the line***
otherwise don`t call it uncapped or abuse
Rather do 100GB,250GB,500GB,1TB cap or slow the line speed in increments after reaching the former mentioned

LOL! Nice Gary I do about the same, in the last couple months there has been a dip but generally about 250 - 350 GB a month

what do you download for that much stuff i average about 25 to 40 gig , all depends on what is out to download movies games ect.

What makes you think i was directing it at you, i saw your stats i got confused with some of the other psts and thought okes were doing 400-1tb a month, only saw now it was totals.
Yours is clear months to month, why do you think i am talking about you when i say 150gb is fine and thats what you do on average?
I do 100gb a month but use a different way to get it with int rather.

my friend does about 700gigs download a month on his 4meg line......
(my best was 176.72GB total in one month)

Yea so i was right there are people doing 700gb a month, totally freakin sick if you ask me and i will bet he deletes 75% of it.
