How much is second hand SSD worth?

I have a 256GB Vertex 4 SSD that I am considering selling, with a laptop.
It hasn't been used much, just for basic office use a few times a week.

How much is it worth on it's own, and how should I add onto the laptop if it's included with that?

I would guess about R1200 - R1400. SSDs lose their value quite fast.
