Work system is backed up multiple times a day I can't afford to have to repeat a report for anyone, My personal use system only once a week most of the time, I am seldom connected to the net and the risk is much lower. I back up to external HDD's and do not use the cloud at all.

Actually a good idea, have been caught out to many time in the drive to paperless and landed up not being able to access something important because of a power failure.

I also do the same, but I have a private fax machine in Albania, that I fax these pages to as an added back up.

My stuff fades so I have to re-fax it every 12 months. Maybe it’s time for a plain paper fax?
