How often you you replace your game controller?

Typically 3 years on controllers, but I'm optimistic that I can go longer. On PS5 the Dualsense I got is still good 2 years later. The other one lasted 10 months before a drift warranty replacement. On Series X my two controllers are still good 2 years later.

My Logitech keyboard + mouse lasts a good 5 years. Bought twice in 10 years.

I have had my PS4 since 2016. I haven't had to replace anything.

Somehow this controller has survived Dark souls 1,2 +3. It's solid and have had it for years.

Never needed to replace a controller in my entire life. A thumb stick here or there but that’s it.

When I replace the console I get new controllers and sell the old ones with the old console.
