How to access Huawei B315 router from internet

I have set up the no-ip DDNS and can ping both the external IP and no-ip address from an external device but cannot access the router's http webpage externally via external ip.

I opened up the firewall but no luck. It worked with my old Huawei 3G router and the same sim card. On the previous router there were options to open certain protocols via LAN and WAN. I have rebooted the router. It has the latest Telkom firmware.

The next step would be to do port forwarding but obviously I first need to get access to the router. Any suggestions?

B683 allowed to access router from WAN. Current Huawei models don't allow it anymore. I see traces of TR-069 in the firmware configuration tool (E5186 Toolbox), but feature is not enabled.
You can only access router from your LAN. Install TemViewer or similar remote control application on the LAN and on the router forward ports to this device.

Played around extensively with this and it cannot be done on standard firmware, so unless their are any known working hacks out their it cannot be achieved on this router.
