Package is a Top-Up Go contract. I managed to lose the sim at some point and now that I need a sim I ordered a new one.
I'm using the USSD cellphone banking route and get up to the point where it asks me to input the serial number on the back of the sim.
The number is printed on the back of the sim itself right? xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx format.
It pretty much stops there and no further coms are sent to me.
- The call centre recons the card will activate automatically in 24 hours if I can't activate it online.
- I can't find the sim card functions on online banking through the website
- When I view the PUK on the FNB website it matches the PUK on the back of the new sim
- When inserting the sim in my phone it doesn't connect
Any advice?
